End User License Agreement (EULA) for Inscriti

Effective Date: March 24, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Jordan Feldstein LLC, operating as Inscriti (“Inscriti,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your use of the Inscriti mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Service”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Inscriti grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial, and school-related purposes.

This license does not grant you ownership of the App or any associated intellectual property.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by students, parents, teachers, and school administrators.

If you are under the age of 13, you may only use the App:

• Through a school, or

• With the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Inscriti is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App only for legitimate educational and school-related communication.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

• Interfere with the operation or security of the App

• Use the App outside its intended educational purpose

6. User Content

The App allows you to upload and share content, including messages, posts, files, and media (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your content but grant Inscriti a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

7. Media and Student Content

The App may allow the upload of photos, videos, and other media, including images of students.

By uploading media, you represent that:

• You have all necessary rights and permissions

• You have obtained any required parental or school consent

Schools are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Inscriti does not verify consent for uploaded media and is not responsible for unauthorized content.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Updates and Modifications

Inscriti may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features.

Updates may be required to continue using the App.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (such as cloud hosting or email providers). Inscriti is not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

Inscriti may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• You violate this Agreement

• Your use poses a risk to the platform or its users

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

• The App will meet your specific requirements

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inscriti and Jordan Feldstein LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (currently $0).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inscriti from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your User Content

• Your violation of this Agreement

• Your violation of any rights of others

Schools and administrators agree to indemnify Inscriti for claims related to student data and compliance obligations.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. App Store Compliance (Apple & Google)

If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store or Google Play:

• This Agreement is between you and Inscriti, not Apple or Google

• Apple and Google are not responsible for the App

• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance

• You agree to comply with all applicable platform terms

Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

17. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
